| Reuben Dip |
32 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
8 oz. Corn Beef, Shredded
1 Stick Margarine, melted
1 beaten Egg
Rye Cocktail Bread or Crackers |
| Combine all ingredients except the Rye Bread or Crackers. Place the ingredients in a greased crockpot, cover and cook on High for 2 hours. To serve, spread over the Rye Bread or Crackers. Serves 12 |
