| In a mixing bowl, cream butter & sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Beat in chocolate syrup and vanilla. Add the flour and salt until well blended. Pour into a greased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center coems out clean, (top of brownies will appear wet). Cool on a wire rack 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine sugar, butter & milk bring to a boil, boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in chips & marshmallows until melted. Pour over brownies & spead evenly. Refrigerate for 5 minutes before cutting. Yields: 3 Dozen |
