Ingredients:

One large Chuck Roast (approx. 1 to 2 lbs)

1 can of Beef Consomme

1 can of Beefy Mushroom soup

1 Tab. Garlic

1 chopped Onion 

1 Green Pepper

1 lg container of fresh Portabello Mushrooms

1 Tab. Garlic

2 Tab. Butter

3 Tab. Steak Seasoning ( I use Tones)

Directions:

Put roast in Crock Pot add consomme, beefy mushroom soup and 1 tab. garlic.  Cook on low for 8 hours.  When done pour off broth and save for later. Shed beef and put back in crock pot on warm.

In skillet Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic butter and steak seasoning. Put saute mixture in with beef stir and top with Provolone Cheese.

Keep on warm until ready to serve.  Serve it on Hawaiian Rolls.
