Hamburger and Rice Meatballs


1 and 1/2 lb. Hamburger

1 cup of uncooked white rice

1 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 teaspoons of pepper

1 can of tomato soup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon mustard

1 Tablespoon chili powder


In a large bowl combine hamburger, rice, salt and pepper.  Form into balls.  Place in oven proof pan.  Mix tomato soup, brown sugar, mustard and chili powder together and pour of hamburger rice balls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  If you have an instant pot ... this is the way to cook them.

Serve with lettuce salad.
