Hamburger Pot Luck Casserole


1 1/2 lbs. of browned Hamburger

1/2 medium onion

salt and pepper

4 Potatoes sliced  (1/4 inch thickness)

1 can drained Green Beans

1 can drained Carrots

1 can drained Corn

1 can drained Peas

2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cans Tomato Soup


Brown hamburger and onion, salt and pepper to taste drain.  Take 2 sliced potatoes and lay on the bottom of a dutch oven pan.  Layer 1/2 the hamburger mix on the potatoes, then layer with each can of the vegetables, then put rest of hamburger on top and top that with the rest of the sliced potatoes.  Pour 2 cans of mushroom soup on top and then the 2 cans of tomato soup.  Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes on top layer are done.
