(Tabor) -- The KMA Sports Hall of Fame is one bigger after welcoming former Fremont-Mills star Mindy Lorimor into the softball wing on Thursday evening.
Lorimor, a 2011 graduate, accumulated 1,499 strikeouts and countless wins during her five-year career as the pitcher for the Knights. During her freshman season, in 2008, Lorimor helped guide Fremont-Mills to the state tournament in Fort Dodge.
One of Lorimor's greatest accomplishments was finishing a 21-strikeout performance in a single game - twice.
The Hall of Famer lives now in Bismarck, North Dakota after finishing her first year of teaching in Mesa, Arizona.
