(KMAland) -- Clarinda topped the standings Lenox, Glenwood won in Council Bluffs, IKM-Manning took the Ace Nelson and results from Greene County, Wayne and Southeast Valley from boys track action on Monday.
4th Annual AL/TJ Invitational
Glenwood scored 140.5 points to win the meet while Treynor scored 126 in second and Thomas Jefferson had 109 in third. St. Albert scored 88 and Abraham Lincoln had 83 to round out the top five. Shenandoah added 76.5 points to take fifth.
Zach Vondra (long jump, 20-7.25), Konner Peterson (shot put, 45-03.00) and Brenden Godbout (400 hurdles, 1:00.47) all won individual golds. Vondra was also a member of the winning 4x200 (1:33.22) with Christian Stanislav, Silas Bales and Jack Hughes.
Other relay wins came from the 4x800 (8:35.29) team of Brett Mower, Sam McIntyre, Mason Parks and Parson Covington, and the 4x400 (3:40.53) quartet of Austin Patton, Jack Hughes, Nate Hughes and Godbout.
Treynor picked up four victories on the night. Jack Tiarks broke a school-record in the high jump with a leap of 6-07.50 and teamed with Kyle Christensen, Wyatt James and Jake Fisher to win the shuttle hurdle relay (1:02.70).
Fisher also picked up a win in the 110 meter hurdles (15.58) while Will Halverson, Wyatt James, Braden Larsen and Jerry Jorgenson ran to a win in the distance medley relay (3:43.17).
Thomas Jefferson had two individual wins - Jermaine Green in the discus (130-04) and Wimach Gilo in the 3200 (10:24.81). Thanakorn Blackman, Cameron Lukavsky, Emilio Rubio and Gerardo Santiago also ran to a win in the 4x100 (45.63).
St. Albert’s Sam Rallis was the winner of the 400 (51.38) while AL’s Connor Ellis took the 100 (11.75) and Steven Hornberg was the winner of the 1600 (4:50.60).
Underwood also had a solid night with wins from Brayden Wollan in the 200 (23.42) and Scott Pearson in the 800 (2:08.01), and Gavin Dominguez, Justin Rosas, Pearson and Wollan in the sprint medley (1:38.31).

Ace Nelson Relays (at Denison)
IKM-Manning scored 139 points to win the boys portion of the Ace Nelson Relays. Denison-Schleswig was second with 129 while Lawton-Bronson came in third with 113 and MVAOCOU and Cherokee tied for fourth with 71.
The Wolves had a pair of wins with Grant Stracke taking the discus (136-01) and Stephen Grimm, Adam Gruhn, Raine Meneough and Parker Behrens teaming up to win the 4x400 (3:39.02).
Denison-Schleswig had four wins of their own, including two from Jack Mendlik in the 400 (52.07) and 800 (2:12.11). Damien Magnuson, Andrew Dammen, Emigdio Gutierrez and Isaac Leinen teamed up to win the shuttle hurdle relay (1:06.65) while Naymlell Wakoson, Leinen, Carter Wessel and Kyler Schulz won the distance medley (3:58.63).
AHSTW’s Drake Partridge added a pair of wins in the 100 (11.52) and 200 (22.91) while Boyer Valley’s Tyler Brummer had a triple gold in the 110 hurdles (15.36), 400 hurdles (56.86) and long jump (19-11.00). Justin Ambrose also had a win for Boyer Valley in the 3200 (10:34.64).
Missouri Valley’s Jordan Hustak won on his own in the 1600 (4:45.94) and then teamed with Duke Kyle, Grant Guinan and Hunter Hoden to win the 4x800 (8:54.85).

Greene County Ram Relays
Kuemper scored 65 points and finished fifth at the Greene County Ram Relays on Monday. Greene County ended up winning the meet with 122 points.
Kyle Berg had a monster long jump to win the even with a 21-07.00. Sam Poland ran to a win in the 110 hurdles (17.38), and the Knights also won the distance medley (3:48.11).

The Clarinda boys picked up their first team win of the season with 131 points in Lenox. Griswold had 117 and Bedford scored 101 to finish the top three while Southwest Valley was fourth with 60 and Murray came in fifth with 58.
Clarinda pieced together three individual wins and four relay golds. Nathan Lindsay ran to a win in the 110 hurdle (16.15) and was on the winning 4x100 (46.15) and sprint medley (1:42.79).
Michael Shull won the long jump (20-00.00) and added winning runs for the 4x100 and sprint medley, and Mark Everett was the winner of the 3200 (12:02.30). Matt Millikan and Carter Morris were also on the 4x100 while Hunter Yearington, Jon McCall, Aiden Shatava and Millikan ran for the winning 4x400 (3:50.16).
McCall, Tyler Halloran, Michael Mayer and Yearington won the 4x800 (9:19.64), and Morris and Millikan made up the other two legs of the winning sprint medley.
Griswold’s Josh Brownlee had a big night with victories in the 400 (54.68) and 800 (2:10.89) and ran with Spencer Mulbauer, Derek Mueller and Brendan Atkinson to win the shuttle hurdle relay (1:07.09). Mulbauer also picked up the 100 gold (11.85).
Atkinson, Evan Kelly, Colten Tasto and Jayden Amend teamed up to win the distance medley relay (4:10.18).
Bedford had a pair of wins, led by Cooper Nally in the 200 (24.27) and the 4x200 team (1:44.37) of Samuel Jeronimo, Josh Neihart, Stephen Burn and Logan Bucher.
Other wins came from Southwest Valley’s Hunter Poston and Jacob Webb in the discus (122-04) and shot put (46-09.50), respectively, and from Murray’s Damien Kitner and Reece Held in the 400 hurdles (1:03.72) and high jump (5-10.0)). East Mills’ Michael Schafer was another victor in the 1600 (4:59.35).

Van Meter Invitational
Nodaway Valley was the high scoring team from the area in Van Meter, as they finished with 16 points in 11th place. Des Moines Christian won the meet with 151 points.

McClymonds Relays (at Wayne)
Central Decatur scored 89 points to finish third at the McClymonds Relays at Wayne on Monday. Moravia was fourth with 64 while Wayne came in fifth with 61. Chariton won the team title with 129 points ahead of Albia’s 117.
The Cardinals had four individual golds, including a pair from William Gillis in the 1600 (4:57.03) and 3200 (11:46.64). Cauy Spidle won the high jump (6-03.00) and Cole Pedersen took the 110 high hurdles (16.45). The two also teamed with Anthony Marks and Matthew Boothe to win the shuttle hurdle relay (1:05.40).
Moravia had three wins of their own, including Brett Cormeny in the 400 (55.45) and Hunter Arbogast in the 800 (2:07.66). Chace Hamilton, Tanner Cormeny, Wil Martin and Hunter Arbogast also ran to a win in the 4x800 (8:38.77).
Wayne’s Dayton Jacobsen was a winner in the long jump (20-5.25). He also led off the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:37.91) ahead of Shayden Arnold, Hunter Cobb and Chase Kiefer.
Mormon Trail’s Kase Hitt won the shot put (44-11.00) while Seymour’s Sloan Sulser won the discus (135-05).

Southeast Valley Relays
Coon Rapids-Bayard scored 35 points and Glidden-Ralston had 9.5 to finish sixth and eighth, respectively. South Central Calhoun won the meet with 181 points.
