Lexington Legends

(KMAland) -- Royals affiliates finished 2-4 on Thursday with wins from Lexington and one of their DSL teams.

Omaha/Triple A (32-35): Sacramento rallied late and then picked up a second straight walk-off win over Omaha, 5-4 in 11 innings, on Thursday evening. Jecksson Flores led the Omaha offense with a home run among three hits, drove in three and scored twice. Brett Phillips also had two hits and an RBI in the loss. Arnaldo Hernandez threw 5 2/3 strong innings with six strikeouts and three runs allowed. Richard Lovelady (0-1) took the loss.

Northwest Arkansas/Double A (30-35): Northwest Arkansas salvaged their series with Amarillo, stealing a 10-8 win on Thursday. Taylor Featherston, Angelo Castellano and Meibrys Viloria all hit home runs to lead the offense. Khalil Lee, Emmanuel Rivera, Anderson Miller and Featherston had multi-hit games, and Featherston and Viloria drove in three each. Brady Singer gave up five runs in three innings, but Andres Sotillet (3-1) threw 3 1/3 shutout innings in relief to get the win. Emilio Ogando got the final out for his first save.

Wilmington/High A (41-25): Wilmington dropped a third straight game, allowing single runs in the seventh, eighth, ninth and 10th innings in a 4-3 walk-off loss to Lynchburg. Jackson Kowar stuck out six in seven one-run innings before Tyler Zuber and Josh Dye (2-1) gave the game away. Blake Perkins, Brewer Hicklen, Dennicher Carrasco and Cristian Perez had two hits each to lead the Blue Rocks offense.

Lexington/Low A (34-32): Lexington doubled up on Columbia in a 10-5 win on Thursday. Freddy Fermin went 2-for-4 with a home run and three runs scored, and Nathan Eaton added a single, double and four RBI. Michal Gigliotti and Eric Cole added three hits apiece behind Jonathan Bowlan (6-2), who struck out nine in five innings to get the win.

DSL Royals1 (5-6): Xionel Garcia hit a walk-off RBI single to lift the Royals to a 4-3 win over the Rays1 team. Junior Calderon hit his second home run, and Jean Ramirez and Omar Florentino joined him in recording a multi-hit game. Darwin Feliz (1-0) threw one shutout inning in relief to get the win.

DSL Royals2 (4-7): The Royals managed just one run on eight hits in a 4-1 loss to the Pirates2 club. Rodrigo Rodriguez doubled once and singled twice to lead the offense while Jose Freites had two hits. Luis Cepeda (0-1) threw five innings, allowing four runs (one earned) and struck out two in taking the loss.
