(Sidney) -- The Fremont County Courthouse is closed to the public today.
County Supervisors Chair Dustin Sheldon tells KMA News the courthouse is closed to allow for deep cleaning inside the building following a positive COVID case. Sheldon says the county plans to reopen the courthouse Thursday, but that is subject to change. The Fremont County Board of Supervisors is expected to discuss the situation at its meeting this morning.
