Linda Rowe accepts her KMA Sports Hall of Fame award at the 45th Lady Ram Relays.

(Glenwood) -- KMA Sports welcomed another member to its Hall of Fame on Thursday evening, as Glenwood great Linda Rowe was inducted 50 years after she first started running track at the school

Rowe, who won four state championships and two national championships during her prep career, is also a member of the IGHSAU, the Glenwood and the Graceland Halls of Fame.

Rowe was a teacher at Davis County for 34 years before retiring, but she is still an assistant coach for cross country and track at the school.

Several members of the first Glenwood girl’s track team from 50 years ago were also on hand to be honored at the 45th Annual Lady Ram Relays.
